Launched in 2016, WineryHunt was created to boost tasting room visits via our membership program and online resources. You can learn about our team and mission on our about us page.
We are dedicated to connecting our winery partners with high-quality consumers who are incentivized to visit you, purchase wine and join your wine club. Below are two ways to include your winery on WineryHunt in 2026.
Your Commitment:
What You Get:
The WineryHunt Oregon Membership offers consumers short-term VIP benefits at a different Oregon winery each month. The standard benefit per winery is a complimentary tasting and 10% discount on wine purchases.
Featured Wineries are located in the Willamette Valley, Portland Metro or Columbia Gorge regions and include a mix of up-and-coming and established wineries. Members are sent an email each month with their assigned winery and information on how to reserve. Members also have a portal on our website to view their monthly assigned winery and other program benefits.
We split our membership into groups of 40-60 members to keep the volume of members visiting your winery each month manageable. This means that an average 50 WineryHunt members will be assigned to your winery in a given month. The number of groups depends on the total size of WineryHunt at any given time, but we expect 2026 to be around 300 members (6 groups). Given this size, we ask that you offer benefits across at least six full consecutive months in order to allow all members a chance to visit your winery.
If interested in being a featured winery, fill out the submission form linked here, or email us directly to inquire.

What You Get:
WineryHunt members also have access to pop-up discounts via their member portal.
This is a good option if you want to incentivize WineryHunt members to visit you or purchase an event ticket without committing to multiple consecutive months of fully complimentary tastings.
For example, you could decide to offer 50% off tastings for the months of November-February. This discount would appear in the WineryHunt member portal during those months alongside directions on how to redeem the offer.
As another example, if you have an upcoming event and ticket sales are lagging, you could offer a discount to members in the weeks or days leading up to the event. This too would populate on the WineryHunt member portal and incentivize ticket sales.
We pledge to donate a portion of membership revenue to local industry organizations in 2026 and beyond:

We are pleased to now offer a trip-planning Concierge service.
Developed primarily for out-of-state wine tasters visiting Oregon, the concierge program is a white-glove trip planning service. Concierge customers fill out a form on the WineryHunt website providing the type of wineries they are looking to visit / amount willing to spend / etc. The WineryHunt team then creates a suggested wine tasting itinerary catering to their specific interests. The tasting itinerary is provided digitally and is also physically mailed to the concierge clients. This program is specifically geared towards consumers who will be driving themselves through wine country but want the trip planning advice and benefits that often come with hiring a traditional tour guide.
You have the opportunity to offer an incentive that is extended to our concierge clients. This may be a waived tasting, discounted experience, etc.
We will design, print and mail to clients a winery-specific referral card that can be redeemed upon visit to your winery.
We understand that some wineries are sensitive to publicly offering complimentary or discounted tastings. Note that WineryHunt is not a traditional “passport” program and we aim to never dilute your brand or public-facing tasting fee structure. Your complimentary or discounted tastings are kept private to members only and are offered on a short-term basis.
WineryHunt does not pay for advertising. We have built up a list of 2000+ mailing list subscribers who have been past members or who organically found WineryHunt via our strong SEO.
Some of our members are “influencers” and may capture footage of your winery during their visit. They may also mention in their post that they discovered you via WineryHunt. This is the closest form of “advertising” that mentions your association with WineryHunt, and we trust you see the value in our members sharing their experience on social media.

It was a wonderful experience with Winery Hunt. We felt that the customers that came to us through the program were quality guests and many were visiting us for the first time. -Kramer Vineyards, Oregon
A majority of Winery Hunt card holders purchased wine and a few became members of our club. It’s definitely something I would participate in again. Thanks for thinking of us, and keep up the great work! -Paul Johnson, Alit Wines
Outstanding advertising and amazing turn out. Count us in on this always. Really the best intentional program I have been part of. Thank you for including us. -Jody Wrigley, J Wrigley Vineyards
We had a great turnout! Over half purchased at least 1 bottle and quite a few joined our club which is super exciting to us! We would love to do it again next year. -Oregon Winery
We do our best to ensure you are connected with passionate consumers and good wine buyers. While WineryHunt short-term benefits are the incentive that drive visitation, we clearly communicate to members that joining your wine clubs and purchasing wines are the end goal.
In some cases members may not purchase anything. However, keep in mind that a positive tasting experience may bring them back in the future and/or recommend your winery to others.
Should you have any WineryHunt guests who abuse their benefits or make themselves unwelcome in your tasting room, please contact WineryHunt and we will ban them from the program.
