The WineryHunt Oregon Annual Membership offers 275 members special benefits at 20 Oregon wineries for a full calendar year. The standard benefit is a waived tasting and 10% discount on purchases, just one time per member per winery. This cost of membership is $150 per year and sells out rapidly upon release to a lengthy wait list. There is no cost to be a featured winery beyond the benefits provided to members.
Wineries are invited each year based on previous participation, the age of your winery, regional location and other factors. This is an excellent opportunity to get your brand in front of a central group of Oregon wine tasters and influencers.
We are pleased to now offer a trip-planning Concierge service.
Developed primarily for out-of-state wine tasters visiting Oregon, the concierge program is a white-glove trip planning service. Concierge customers fill out a form on the WineryHunt website providing the type of wineries they are looking to visit / amount willing to spend / etc. The WineryHunt team then creates a suggested wine tasting itinerary catering to their specific interests. The tasting itinerary is provided digitally and is also physically mailed to the concierge clients. This program is specifically geared towards consumers who will be driving themselves through wine country but want the trip planning advice and benefits that often come with hiring a traditional tour guide.
You have the opportunity to offer an incentive that is extended to our concierge clients. This may be a waived tasting, discounted experience, etc.
We will design, print and mail to clients a winery-specific referral card that can be redeemed upon visit to your winery.
Tasting Packs are a new offering from WineryHunt and one that is designed to benefit local charities while matching your winery with ideal consumers from Oregon and out of state. A tasting pack is a set of vouchers to three Oregon wine tasting experiences. Each voucher includes a specific offer from the host winery, be it a waived tasting, discount on purchases, etc.
Tasting packs are themed by region or unique category and sold on a limited basis via the WineryHunt website. Consumers who purchase a tasting pack include information about their tasting preferences, demographics, etc, and we will include your winery voucher in tasting packs for those that are a good match.
For example, a Yamhill-Carlton AVA tasting pack could be created, with a portion of proceeds donated to the Yamhill-Carlton storehouse. If 15 Yamhill-Carlton wineries provide 25 tasting offers each, a total of 125 tasting packs would be offered for sale (each pack includes three vouchers). WineryHunt plays matchmaker, stuffing each tasting pack with winerie that the consumer is most likely to enjoy based on their provided preferences. Our team designs your winery-specific tasting voucher, and consumers will show the tasting voucher when they arrive at your winery within 6 months of purchasing a tasting pack.
Consumers do not know the contents of the tasting packs prior to them arriving in the mail. This element of surprise, winery matchmaking and charitable aspect are the engine that drive the new Tasting Packs program!
WineryHunt regularly promotes a small selection of unique wine experiences to our audience via the Experiences Page, social media and our mailing list. This opportunity is ideal for elevated tasting experiences, wine tours or unique events.
With this more traditional advertising opportunity, there is an upfront cost to promote your experience and a specific duration that it will be promoted. While not required, you may also choose to slightly discount your experience for WineryHunt members.

The wineries listed on these pages have previously participated on WineryHunt as an Annual Featured Winery or have provided an offer for our Concierge/Tasting Packs program.
If your winery is not listed on the relevant regional page, we encourage you to submit a Tasting Packs offer, promote an elevate experience or signal interest to be a Featured Winery on our annual club program.
We aim to present more unique and niche categories that aren’t already covered by the helpful resources on OWB / WVWA / other industry sites.

We do our best to ensure you are connected with passionate consumers and good wine buyers. While WineryHunt short-term benefits are the engine that drive visitation, we clearly communicate to members that joining your wine clubs and purchasing wines are the end goals.
In some cases members may not purchase anything. However, keep in mind that a positive tasting experience may bring them back in the future and/or recommend your winery to others.
Should you have any members who abuse their benefits or make themselves unwelcome in your tasting room, please contact WineryHunt and we will ban them from the program.
